Newly added keyboards
The following virtual keyboards are now available on Supernote:
- German (Germany)
- German (Austria)
- German (Belgium)
- German (Luxembourg)
- German (Switzerland)
- French (France)
- French (Canada)
Starting with Chauvet 2.10.25, we have now added support for the following virtual keyboards:
- Hebrew
- Arabic (Saudi Arabia)
- Arabic (Egypt)
Configure virtual keyboard settings
Learn how you can confirgure your keyboard settings to satisfy your specific needs.
- Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap in the top menu bar.
- Tap Display & Input.
- Tap Keyboard.
- Tap Add Keyboard if your desired language keyboard isn't already added.
- Tap to the far right of the language keyboard you want to add.
- To remove one language keyboard, tap .
Alternatively, when you bring up the virtual keyboard in notes or documents, you can follow the steps below to set up your keyboard.
- Single-tap the globe icon to cycle through the language keyboards you've installed.
- Long press the globe icon to have an overview of the current keyboard settings without leaving the existing page.
- Tap Keyboard Settings to add or remove a language keyboard.
- On the Add Keyboard page, tap to the far right of the language keyboard you want to add.
- To remove one language keyboard, tap .
Set up handwriting keyboard
To set up your handwriting keyboard, follow these steps:
- Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap in the top menu bar.
- Tap Display & Input.
- Tap Keyboard.
- Tap anywhere on the Handwriting line.
- Tap the circle to the far right of your desired handwriting recognition language to select it.
If your desired handwriting recognition language isn't already installed, do the following:
- Tap Add Language.
- Download the corresponding language pack by tapping the download icon.
- On the Handwriting Recognition Language page, tap the circle to the far right of the newly installed language to select it.
Note: Only one handwriting recognition language can be selected and used at a time.
